Add Pallet Constraints (Bays) to VSO

This example explains how to add the vertical load pallet constraints to VSO. A pallet constraint represents a space where we can stack boxes, and it includes the dimensions of the physical pallet. They are also called bays because they can be used to make up a beverage distribution truck.
